My100 / My50 / My30 Refund Application
Step 1: Fill up your personal information and required documents
For a smooth verification process, please ensure your documents are correct for a smooth verification process. Incomplete documents and information might result to unsuccessful application. 

Step 2: Click Submit and you will receive a notification email
You must refresh the page to see the application status on your dashboard:
  1. Received: Application is received, pending for verification and refund process. 
  2. Rejected: Application is declined with reason. 

Step 3: You will receive “Proceed to Refund” email notification
Upon successful verification process, you will receive “Proceed to Refund” email notification. The refund will be processed and credited into your bank account within 30 working days.

Step 4: You will receive “Completed” email notification
Once the refund process is completed, you will receive an email containing the transaction number and total amount refunded.

Step 5: To submit a new refund application (if needed)
Kindly click the “Submit new application” on the dashboard, if you wish to request for a new refund. The same process applies.
