Dato' Mohamed Hazlan Mohamed Hussain
President & Group Chief Executive Officer
Dato’ Mohamed Hazlan Mohamed Hussain was previously Group Director of Organisational Support at DRB-HICOM Berhad before his appointment as President & Group Chief Executive Officer of Prasarana Malaysia Berhad on September 3, 2018.

He has an extensive experience and expertise in trust management and audit. He served as Group Director of Services & Education DRB-HICOM Berhad until January 20, 2016. He also served as Group Director for Transport Planning and Commercial Division at Prasarana, then known as Syarikat Prasarana Negara Berhad until 2012. Between January and November 2011, he also served as its Chief Operating Officer of Bus Division and Group Director of Bus Division.
Formerly the Chief Operating Officer of Rapid KL, he has also served as the Chief Corporate Strategist of Offshore Works Sdn. Bhd. He joined Projek Lebuhraya Utara Selatan Berhad (PLUS), where he led the establishment of Internal Audit Department in 1994. He served as Senior General Manager of the Operations Division at Plus Expressways Bhd since 2004 and also served as its General Manager of Operations Division from September 1999 to 2003. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of PosMel at Pos Malaysia Berhad from 2007 to March 3, 2009. He served at Arnold Hill & Co, United Kingdom from 1988 to 1993. He joined PLUS in 1994 and headed the Toll Department in 1998, where he managed PLUS’s toll operations and served as its Region Manager II. He serves as a Director of Alam Flora Sdn Bhd, Rangkaian Pengangkutan Integrasi Deras (RAPID) Sdn. Bhd and Bus Engineering and Maintenance Sdn. Bhd.

A graduate of the Imperial College of Science and Technology, University of London in Civil Engineering, Dato’ Mohamed Hazlan has been Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of Uni.Asia Life Assurance Berhad since August 30, 2012 until its divestment to an international company. He also served as the Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director at Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad from August 27, 2012 to July 29, 2015. He has also served as a Director of KL Airport Services Sdn Bhd.
Encik Muhammad Nizam Alias
Group Chief Operating Officer (Operation)
Muhammad Nizam was appointed as Group Chief Operating Officer (Operations) on 3 September 2018.

He started his career as a Management Trainee in Renong Berhad during which he was exposed to various departments including finance, management services, business development and corporate communication. Following that, he had a stint as an internal auditor at the Renong Group and dealt with various industries such as property development, construction, IT and financial services.

He was then transferred to PLUS Expressway Berhad, a company under the then Renong Group, where he was mainly involved in toll operations. Later he became a Section Manager of Section S2 in the Southern Region, which was the longest section along PLUS network. After four years as Section Manager, he was promoted to Deputy Senior Manager and transferred to the Group Managing Director’s Office of PLUS Expressway Bhd.
He was then promoted as the Head of Toll Operations, managing toll revenue in excess of RM1 billion annually and over 660 toll lanes. He then joined Pos Malaysia Berhad as the Deputy General Manager at the Group CEO’s Office. In 2008, he held the position as a General Manager at the Group CEO’s Office Syarikat Prasarana Negara Berhad, overseeing corporate matters and commercial initiatives.

Graduated from Monash University, Australia, En. Muhammad Nizam Alias is also an MBA holder in Techno Entrepreneurship at UTM in collaboration with Cranfield University, United Kingdom. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Islamic Finance at INCEIF – The Global University of Islamic Finance (a post-graduate university set up by the Central Bank of Malaysia specializing in Islamic Finance).
En. Ang Yoke Kee
Group Chief Operating Officer (Strategy And Transformation)
Ang Yoke Kee was appointed by the Ministry of Finance (MOF) as the Group Chief Operating Officer (Strategy & Transformation) in Prasarana on 3 September 2018. Ang brings with him a wealth of experience from Boston Consulting Group (BCG), McKinsey and Softbank, as well as senior leadership experience in overseas and domestic companies.

Ang started his career in BCG Singapore, in which one of his first jobs was corporate restructuring of Renong Berhad. In Softbank Emerging Market – a joint fund between Softbank Corp and World Bank’s International Finance Corp – he led the setup of its Southeast Asian Headquarter in Malaysia and directed investments into Malaysian technology ecosystem. In McKinsey, Ang was instrumental in driving the post-merger integration and restructuring of companies. Examples include M&A of distress companies and turnaround of the merged entity into the industry leader, setting up of infrastructure, logistics and renewable projects, and pioneered strategic partnership with a new-economy tech giant on digitalization and big data transformation for a major listed company.

Ang holds a MSc in Financial Engineering from Nanyang Technological University/Carnegie Mellon University and BBA (Honours) from National University of Singapore. A former ASEAN Scholar, he is fluent in Bahasa, English and Mandarin. Decades ago, Ang played in the MSSM (Malaysia) Volleyball and MSSS (Selangor) badminton and MSSS (Selangor) chess competitions.
En. Abdul Hadi Amran
Chief Executive Officer, Rapid Rail
Abdul Hadi Amran was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Rapid Rail Sdn Bhd on 1 October 2019, taking over from Haji Khairani Mohamed, who opted for early retirement.

He was the Chief Operating Officer of LRT Ampang/Sri Petaling Line from July 2015 and the Chief Operating Officer of the Monorail Line from 2010 before moving to the LRT services.

Abdul Hadi had his early education at Victoria Institution Kuala Lumpur and graduated from University Science Malaysia in Social Sciences majoring in Economics and Management.
Upon graduation he was employed by AIA Co Ltd from 1985 to 1995, subsequently by Indah Water Consortium from 1996 to 1998 and by New Pantai Expressway Sdn Bhd from 1998 to 2001. He started his career in the rail industry in May 2001 when he joined KL Monorail System Sdn Bhd.
En. Muhammad Yazurin Sallij Muhammad Yassin
Chief Executive Officer, Rapid Bus
Muhammad Yazurin Sallij Muhammad Yasin was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Rapid Bus Sdn Bhd on 3 September 2018. He was previously Head of Rapid Ferry Malaysia, which is a newly formed subsidiary of Prasarana, established to spearhead the group’s foray into the water transportation business.

Prior to his appointment to spearhead Rapid Ferry in April 2017, he was attached at Rapid Bus as Executive Vice President at the Performance and Strategy Unit, which he established with the objective of enhancing the company’ performance capability.

A graduate in Commerce, Accounting & Finance from University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia, he started his career as an audit executive HBN Management Sdn Bhd in February 1998 before joining Projek Lebuhraya Utara Selatan Berhad (PLUS) in the following year where he built his career that included posting in Mumbai, India as the Head of Operations and Administration at PLUS BKSP Toll Limited (India) for two years from August, 2006.

His career with Prasarana started in February 2010 when he was appointed as Rapid KL’s Head of Bus Planning and Development Division.
Mohd Rafizee Abdul Rahman
Chief Financial Officer
Mohd Rafizee Abdul Rahman was appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Prasarana Malaysia Berhad on March 1, 2018.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Accounting) from Monash University Melbourne, Australia. He is also a member of CPA Australia and Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

He was previously the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of one of MOF Incorporated Company since January 2014. Prior to that, he was attached to the Finance Ministry as Financial Advisor at Investment and Privatization Division and Loan Management, Finance Market and Actuary Division since October 2009. Rafizee has accumulated experience over 22 years and had exposure in various industries. He started his career at one of the big accounting firms as an auditor and has held several key positions in local conglomerates and multinational companies.
Patsy Chin Yew Khim
Chief Legal Officer
Patsy Chin was appointed as Chief Legal Officer on 23 November 2018. Patsy holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B, Hons) degree from the University of Southampton, England.

She was admitted as a Barrister at Law with the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn, London, England in 1991, and also admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor, Malaya, in Kuala Lumpur in 1992.
Patsy has a total of 26 years of legal and corporate experience, with about 17 years of vast and diverse experience in legal practice, and the remaining in various roles in corporate inhouse.

During the span of legal practice, she advised on and had conduct of, a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, namely, mergers and acquisitions, acquisition of assets and/or shares, establishment of consortium or joint ventures, foreign investments, corporate and fund raising exercises and corporate advisory matters, including, banking and financing transactions, property transactions, general conveyancing matters and litigation.

In corporate inhouse, Patsy had various roles in established and listed group of companies, leading, advising on, handling and managing legal matters, corporate secretarial matters, contracts and legal administration, and corporate governance.
En. Tomin Salikan
Chief Human Capital Officer
Tomin Salikan was appointed as Chief Human Capital Officer on 5 September 2018.
Previously a free-lance trainer and HR Consultant, he brings with him to Prasarana more than 20 years of working experience from the banking industry as well as from various IT Transformation projects, internal auditing fraud investigation cases, Disaster Recovery Program (DRP) and commercial Banking. As a freelance trainer, he had conducted a host of training programmes for various corporate companies, government agencies and higher learning institutions.
Tomin, who has a Master in Business Administration (General) from University of Hull, UK, had also served Prasarana Malaysia Berhad more than 12 years; working in various departments from Head of Human Resource, Head of Enterprise Risk Management and Head of Security, Safety, Health and Environment.
Pn. Norshilla Nazruddin
Chief Program Management Officer
Norshilla Nazruddin was appointed as Prasarana Group’s Chief of Program Management Officer on 3 September 2018. Prior to the appointment, she was the Chief Executive Officer of PERMINTEX SANKO Sdn Bhd.

A graduate of University Sains Malaysia in Applied Science, she built her career at DRB HICOM when she joined its subsidiary, HICOM-Teck See Sdn Bhd in April 1996 from her first job as Process Engineer at KESP (M) Sdn Bhd. From an executive, she was promoted as Head of Industrial Engineering and Safety of HICOM-Teck See Sdn Bhd at the turn of the new millennium.

In September 2004, Norshilla was placed under the Group when promoted as a Senior Manager, where she was entrusted with the deployment and implementation of world class manufacturing culture at the Automotive Components and Engineering group of companies.

She was then appointed as General Manager, System and Methods at another DRB-HICOM subsidiary, Alam Flora Sdn Bhd where she served for more than 14 months until December 2012; before being promoted as Chief Operating Officer of Oriental Summit Industries Shd Bhd, which is another subsidiary of DRB-HICOM subsidiary.

She moved to Pharmaniaga as the Corporate Service Director in January 2015; before taking over the helm of PERMINTEX SANKO later that year.
En. Ezwan Hazli Abdul Malek
Chief Infrastructure Services
Ezwan Hazli Abdul Malek was appointed as Chief Infrastructure Services on 19 November 2019. He was previously the Chief Risk Officer for Corporate Risk & Audit Service and the Chief of the Strategy and Transformation Office before that.

A graduate of University of Queensland, Brisbane in Commerce, Ezwan began his professional career as an Internal Auditor for Park May Berhad in 2001 before moving to PLUS Expressways Group in 2002 where he held various positions in finance, operations and corporate management. He joined Pos Malaysia in 2008 as the Head of International Operations before promoted a year later as the Senior Manager in the Group Managing Director’s Office to oversee Special Projects for the company.

He then joined Rapid KL, which was then a subsidiary of Prasarana, as the General Manager of Operations before being assigned to lead the Revenue Review and Cost Control of the Group’s Finance Division.
En. Ahmad Suhairi Mohd Noor
Chief Integrity Officer
Ahmad Suhari Mohd Noor was appointed as Chief Integrity Officer on 4 February 2019.
Seconded to Prasarana Malaysia Berhad from the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission (MACC), he has served as the Chief Integrity Officer for Ministry of Transport for three years from 15 November 2014; and for Ministry of Education from July 1, 2017 to January 1, 2018 before returning to MACC under the Agency Integrity Management Division.

A graduate of Universiti Utara Malaysia in Business Administration, Ahmad Suhairi joined the MACC on July 1, 1992 and has always been one of its model officer; having being accorded the commission’s Excellent Service Award twice in 2001 and 2004; and also from MOT in 2016.
En. Abdul Rahim Musa
Chief, Prasarana Centre Of Excellence
Abdul Rahim Musa was appointed as Chief for Prasarana Centre of Excellence (PACE) on September 5, 2018.

He was previously the Group’s Chief Human Capital Officer when he joined Prasarana on 5 February 2018. Abdul Rahim was previously attached to Maybank Group as an Executive Leadership Coach where he was responsible in shaping leaders for the Head Office and Regional Offices as well as its subsidiaries via personal transformation executive coaching. Additionally, he was also responsible in aiding the low performing sales personnel to improve their performance via structured coaching and motivation program.

Equipped with extensive knowledge, skills and experience in strategic and operational human resource matters, he has also conducted team engagement and team coaching to strengthen working relationship and engagement amongst staff and leaders towards achieving business goals. Prior to assuming the Executive Leadership Coach role, he was responsible in leading the Business Human Capital Outfit for Maybank Islamic Berhad.

At Maybank Group, Abdul Rahim rose through the ranks and has been substantially exposed to various HR functions via promotions and job assignments; accumulating some 37 years of experience specifically in Strategic and Operational Human Capital Development and Management.

He is a certified HR practitioner with Certificate and Diploma in Personnel Management (accreditation) from Malaysian Institute of Personnel Management (now Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management) and further credentialed by the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in their highly reknown ‘Human Resource Executive Program’’. His other credentials include certification by US-based International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Professional Coach and Certified Training Professional (CTP) from the International Project Management Association (IPMA), UK.
Rafizah Amran
Deputy Chief of Strategic Communications and Marketing Officer
Rafizah Amran joined Prasarana Malaysia Berhad as the new Head of Group Corporate Communications on 11 April 2019; and was promoted as Deputy Chief of Strategic Communications and Marketing Officer on 16 July 2019.

She is an integrated marketing communications and public relations specialist and a communications coach with over 20 years of experience across several industries including pharmaceutical, healthcare & nutritional consultancy, FMCG, finance, entertainment,
broadcasting, tourism, aviation and non-profit. Notable employers include OSK Holdings Berhad, Nestle Malaysia Berhad, AirAsia Berhad, Firefly Airlines and Cancer Research Malaysia. In addition to her communications portfolio, Rafizah has been involved in several start-ups and Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) projects for both commercial and non-profit organisations; as well as served in the secretariat and steering committees for nationwide initiatives such as Bright Start Nutrition (Nutrition Society of Malaysia), Positive Parenting (Malaysian Paediatric Association), World Heart Day (Yayasan Jantung Negara), Fight Against Diabetes (National Diabetes Institute) and Make It Safe for Kids (Johnson & Johnson).

The last 13 years of her corporate career saw her in senior management positions in public-listed companies and GLC-subsidiary with intense involvement in formulating strategies and creating new revenue streamlines, in addition to providing counsel and overseeing special projects for the Board of Directors. Throughout her career, Rafizah has been personally responsible or was part of award-winning teams who won accolades that included Brand Finance Malaysia's Top 50 Brands, KPMG Shareholder Value Award, StarBiz-ICR Malaysia Corporate Responsibility Award, Skytrax World’s Best Low Cost Airline, Malaysia Excellence Awards and Putra Brands Awards. She is also a highly sought-after panel for marketing awards; and conducts speaking engagements, workshops and coaching sessions on a variety of topics from employability to effective communications and personal branding. Rafizah continues to serve as a volunteer for Cancer Research Malaysia and myHARAPAN, a non-profit youth trust foundation.
En. Osman Amir
Head, Rapid Ferry
Osman Amir was appointed as the Head of Rapid Ferry on 1 March 2019.

He has been working with Rapid Bus since 2007 as the Head of Department (Asset Management) where he managed the Engineering team, assets and infrastructure for all 150 buses, 4 depots and 1 workshop. Ever since then, he has been climbing the corporate ladder where his last position before he was appointed as the Head of Rapid Ferry was Rapid Bus Senior Vice President (Head of Department), Operation and Support Control.

Before he joined Rapid Bus, he started his career in 1996 with Seagate Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd, Bayan Baru, Penang as the Maintenance Engineering Technician. Two years later, he worked for Quantum Peripherals (M) Sdn. Bhd, Bayan Baru, Penang as the Process & Industrial Engineering Tech. Specialist. With his six years’ experience with Quantum Peripherals (M) Sdn. Bhd, he then joined Automotive Lighting (M) Sdn. Bhd, Bayan Lepas, Penang as the Process and Planning Engineer where he was in-charge of Lens Hard Coating Plant for various type of vehicle lens. His last job before he joined Rapid Bus was with Komag USA (M) Sdn. Bhd as the Regional (Asia Pacific) Facilities Project Engineer. He was in-charge of facilities ESD system and ACAD building/layout at all sites in Asia Pacific (Penang, Johor and Sarawak).

Osman graduated from University of Technology Malaysia in Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering in 2003. Prior to that, he obtained his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the same university.
En. Hasan Bachok
Head, Security Services
Hassan Bachok was appointed as the Head of Security for the Group on 9 November 2018.

Before appointed to the post, he was the Head, Employment Solutions and Engagement, Human Capital Division, a position which he had held from 2016. Prior to that, he was the Head for Talent Acquisition and Recruitment for the Group after serving Rapid Penang as the Head of Human Capital for a duration of 1 year. Hasan had joined Prasarana Group as the Head for Corporate Services, PRIDE, subsidiary of Prasarana Group in October 2013.

Prior to that, he held several positions in other transportation and banking industry, beginning with the Operation and Credit Department where he was the Officer and subsequently, promoted to the higher position as Unit Head, Manpower Planning Section in 2001 and Recruitment and Placement Section (2004), Human Resource Division, Maybank Group. He then moved to Corporate Services Division, Penerbangan Malaysia Berhad (PMB), where he was the HR Manager and subsequently was promoted as the Head of Corporate Services Division.

Hasan graduated with Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA with Hons.) in Human Resource Management and Diploma in Public Administration from MARA University of Technology (UiTM). He also has an MBA from McGrath Institute of Business Australia. As a recognition of his vast career experience and professional achievement, he was awarded a Master of the Oxford Centre for Leadership (OXCEL) from Oxford University in 2008.
Jamali Soaidin
Deputy Chief Corporate Safety, Health & Environment Officer
Jamali was appointed as the Deputy Chief Corporate Safety, Health & Environment Division in April 2019.

He has been working with Prasarana and its subsidiaries since 2008. He first joined Prasarana as the Senior Manager for Support Services and Property Department. During that time, Prasarana was known as Syarikat Prasarana Negara Berhad. He was responsible to manage Rapid Penang bus infrastructure works at Nibong Tebal, Weld Quay, Butterworth and Chain Ferry from inception to completion. In 2011, he became the Chief Operating Officer for Rapid Penang Sdn Bhd. After two years with Rapid Penang, he was called to Rapid Bus Sdn Bhd as the Project Director for Project and Technical Support Department. His four-year experience has led him to hold the position of Head of Department for Facilities Maintenance and Administration Department before he was appointed as the Deputy Chief for Corporate Safety, Health & Environment Division.

Prior to Prasarana, he had worked with several companies namely Ruslan Khalid Associates, Taikisha Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd as the Quality Assurance Engineer, Iwatani Techno Construction (M) Sdn Bhd as the Deputy Project Manager in developing and implementing quality plans and procedures at Kuala Lumpur International Airport PTC1 Building and UR Group Sdn Bhd as the Senior Project Manager.

Jamali graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor Degree in Architecture with Minor in Business Management.
