YB Dato’ Sri Haji Tajuddin Bin Abdul Rahman
YB Dato’ Sri Haji Tajuddin Bin Abdul Rahman was appointed as Group Chairman on 11 May 2020.

A graduate of University Malaya with an honours degree in Economics, he joined the Malaysian Civil Service upon graduation in 1972; serving as an Administrative and Diplomatic Officer (PTD) at the Public Services Department in Kuala Lumpur. After a one-year stint, he ventured into the corporate sector; taking up an offer to become the Sales Manager at Cycle & Carriage (M) Sdn Bhd. After two years, he was promoted to Marketing Manager at the high-profile company, which was the sole distributor of Mercedes and Mitsubishi passenger cars.

Having developed a strong interest in the automotive industry and the confidence of working on his own, he established United Assembly Services Sdn Bhd in 1977 to distribute Mercedes and Mitsubishi commercial vehicles. Business grew and he expanded his stake in the industry by setting up Kumpulan Syarikat Automotive Corporation and United Straits Fuso Sdn Bhd in 1979 to establish himself as a major player.

Dato' Sri also held key roles in property development. His experience in the corporate world includes directorship at State Economic Development Corporation; and at Asia Brands Corporation Berhad. He was the Executive Director for Maju Perak Holdings Berhad between 2009 and 2011; and the Chairman of Felcra Berhad from October, 2008 to May, 2013. He is also active in the academic field; having founded TAJ International College in Ipoh, Perak.

A respectable political figure, he is the Member of Parliament for Pasir Salak since 2008. He was also Perak State Assemblyman for Kampung Gajah, Perak between 2004 and 2008; and had served as the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Agro-based Industry from 2013 to 2018.

YBhg Datuk Dr. Yacob Mustafa
Datuk Dr. Yacob Mustafa was appointed as Member of the Board on 10 April 2020. He is currently the Accountant General of Malaysia of the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia.

Starting his career in the public sector in 1987, he has served in the Accountant General’s Department of Malaysia, Government Investment Companies Division, Malacca State Development Authority and held key positions at the Ministry of Finance. Prior to his current position, he was the Deputy Accountant General (Operation) from October 2017 until October 2019.

He received the Global Accounting Hall of Fame Award from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (CMA) in 2018.

He holds Professional Memberships from Malaysian Institute of Accountant (MIA), The Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy, United Kingdom (CPFA [UK]), and CPA Australia. Datuk Dr. Yacob holds a Master in Business Administration as well as a PhD in Economics from the National University of Malaysia.
YBrs. Dr. Sivabalasingam Veerasingam
Sivabalasingam was appointed as Member of the Board on 2 April 2018.
He is currently the Under Secretary of the Fiscal and Economics Division of the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia.

Starting his career in the public sector in 1987, he has served in the Royal Malaysia Police and had held key positions at the Ministry of Finance and National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN).

He joined the Ministry’s Fiscal and Economics Division in 2000 before heading the Research and Policy Development Cluster of INTAN in 2013 before returning to MOF in 2015.
He holds a Professional Qualification from the Association of International Accountants, United Kingdom, a Master in Finance from RMIT, Australia and a PhD in Economics from University Putra Malaysia.
Encik Azhar Noraini
Encik Azhar Noraini was appointed as Director of Prasarana Malaysia Berhad on 30 April 2015.
He is the Director of Infrastructure & Utilities Division, Ministry of Economic Affairs since January 2015.

A graduate of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in Science, Azhar started his career as an Assistant Secretary with the Ministry of Energy, Telecommunications and Posts in 1988. In 1992, he served as the Assistant Director of the Immigration Department in Kota Kinabalu and later in 1994, he was appointed as an Assistant Finance Officer in the Federal Treasury, Sabah.

He was transferred to the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment as Assistant Secretary (Environmental Conservation and Management Division) in 1997 before being promoted to Principal Assistant Director in 2000.

He continued to work with the same Ministry as Assistant Major Director until 2005 before being promoted to Grade M52 and M54 in 2006 and 2008. In 2009, he was promoted to Jusa C and Jusa B in 2015 until his present position.
YBhg Dato’ Mohd Ramzan Ibrahim
Dato’ Ramzan Ibrahim possesses a Bachelor of Economics (Applied Economics) from Universiti Malaya. He also underwent the Executive Development Program at Cornell University, and has a PMD from Harvard University.

Upon graduation and a short stint with Nestle Products Malaysia, Dato’ Ramzan joined a prominent international American bank. As Vice-President and Group Head of Real Estate covering Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei, Indonesia and India, he was principally involved in the Bank’s direction and supervision of Corporate Lending to the Public and Real Estate sector.

In 1989, Dato’ Ramzan was recruited by a public-listed financial conglomerate as Group Managing Director. Here, he was accredited with turning around, diversifying the group’s operations and spearheading successful corporate acquisitions. He also established new businesses which provided synergies vis-à-vis the financial services of the Group which included joint-ventures with Schroders PLC to set-up an asset management firm, and Scotts Holdings Limited (Singapore) to develop the prestigious Kirana and Ascott Serviced Apartments within the KLCC vicinity in Kuala Lumpur.
YBhg Datuk Mohd Farid Adnan
With 32 years of being in the oil and gas industry, Datuk Farid has extensive knowledge and experience in the management and transformation of organisations. He has a strong track record of creating shareholder value through integration of businesses and organisational turnaround, operation optimisation, process simplification, and growth into new markets.

Datuk Farid gained most of his professional experience within the PETRONAS group; serving in various capacities across the business. He was also previously attached to Conoco in Texas, USA and to Engen in South Africa. In 2010, he was appointed Vice President of Oil Business and worked to successfully consolidate and simplify the Enterprise Optimisation function to provide clear and transparent value generation.

In 2015, Datuk Farid was appointed Managing Director and CEO of Engen Limited in South Africa. Here, he led the Full Potential Project to transform the organisation to create operational simplicity, empower the workforce, and ensure competitive advantage to compete amidst an uncertain business landscape and government policies in South Africa and sub-Sahara Africa. Engen achieved the highest ever profitability and operation performance for 2 consecutive years.
YBrs Ir. Dr. Tan Yean Chin
Ir. Dr. Tan Yean Chin was appointed a member of the Group’s Board of Directors on 23 July 2020. He is a Professional Engineer and an Accredited Checker (Geotechnical) registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). He is a registered ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE) as well as in the APEC Engineers and International Professional Engineers (IPEA).

Ir. Dr. Tan holds the position of Secretary General (2008-2020) of the Federation of Engineering Institutions of Asia and the Pacific (FEIAP), an international independent umbrella organisation for the engineering institutions in the Asia and Pacific region. He was the President of The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM) from year 2016 to 2018. He has also served 10 years as Board member of the Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM), a government regulatory body registering and governing all engineering personnel in Malaysia. He is an Honorary Fellow of the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organisations (AFEO), Fellow of IEM, Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE, UK), ASEAN Academy of Engineering & Technology (AAET) and Academy of Engineering and Technology of the Developing World (AETDEW).

He is one of the Founder and Senior Director of G&P Professionals group of multi-discipline engineering consulting firms. He has led his team in the design of mega projects such as the Electrified Double Track Railway project from around Taiping to Alor Setar, and in the Klang Valley, the MRT Kajang Line and Putrajaya Line.

YBhg Datuk Mohd Zarif Hashim
Datuk Mohd Zarif Hashim was appointed as a member of the Board on 23 September 2020.

Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Mass Rapid Transit Corp Sdn Bhd (MRT Corp), he brings to Prasarana a wealth of experience in business and telecommunications. As the chief executive of MRT Corp, he provides the overall strategic direction to the organisation to ensure that the implementation of the MRT Project development is in line with the mandate from the Government and direction set by its Board of Directors.

Before joining MRT Corp, Zarif held various positions in the Sapura group of companies, which he joined in 2007. He was group chief operating officer, a position which he had held since 2014, where he co-led and managed the group. Concurrently, he held the position of chief executive officer of the group’s technology and rail business clusters, which he assumed in 2011.

Zarif graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in the USA, and has a Bachelor of Science Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
YBhg Datuk Isham bin Ishak
Datuk Isham bin Ishak was appointed as a member of the Board on 18 January 2021.

Born in Johor in 1970, Datuk Isham successfully assisted Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) in Malaysia while serving as the Chief
Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer at SME Corporation Malaysia, an agency under the Ministry of International Trade and Industry from 2014 to 2016.

Datuk Isham also served for 5 years in the United States, from 2006 to 2011, as Minister Counsellor (Economics) at the Ministry of International Trade and Industry Office in Washington D.C. where he successfully increased the flow of investments between both countries. He has also served as Special Officer and Senior Private Secretary to the Minister of International Trade and Industry and the fifth Prime Minister of Malaysia.

Datuk Isham was appointed as Malaysia's Chief Negotiator for the Regional Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement (RCEP) from 2016 to 2018. He was also Malaysia's Deputy Chief Negotiator for the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPPA) – later known as the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) - from 2011 to 2015.

He started serving as the Secretary General of the Ministry of Transport Malaysia in 2019. He previously held the positions of Secretary General of the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Deputy Secretary General (Trade) and later Secretary General of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry.
Tan Sri Abu Kassim Mohamed
Tan Sri Abu Kassim Mohamed was appointed as a member of the Board on 15 February 2021.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia and Masters in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University, USA, Tan Sri Abu Kassim began his career with the Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA), Malaysia as an Investigation Officer in 1984. There, he held various positions until his appointment as Deputy Director General in-charge of operations at ACA Malaysia and Chief Commissioner of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) in 2007 and 2010, respectively.

Tan Sri Abu Kassim also served as Consultant and Advisor at the Centre for Governance and Integrity at University Technology of MARA and had a stint in the private sector when he was seconded to Amanah Raya Berhad, a government-linked entity, as its Chief Integrity Officer. He was also a member of the INTERPOL Group of Experts on Corruption (IGEC), an Executive Committee for the International Association of Anti-Corruption Authorities (IAACA), and Committee member for the Sheikh Tamim Al Thani Anti-Corruption Excellence Award (ACE).

In the field of academics, he was a member of the Board of Governors and a member of the faculty at the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA), Adjunct Professor at the Education and Social Science Faculty of University Industry Selangor, and member of the Board of Directors for the Malaysian Institute of Integrity.

His last post during retirement was as the Director General at the National Centre for Governance, Integrity and Anti-Corruption. Tan Sri Abu Kassim is presently the Founder and Chairman for Koperasi Kebuniti Selangor Berhad, and the founder and Chairperson for the Perdana International Anti-Corruption Champion Foundation (PIACCF).
YBhg Dato’ Seri Haji Mustafar Haji Ali
Dato’ Seri Haji Mustafar was appointed as a member of the Board on 15 February 2021.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur in 1984 and Masters of Science (MSc) in Criminal Justice, from University of New Haven, Connecticut, United States of America in 1995.

Dato’ Seri Haji Mustafar joined Public Service in 1985 as Senior Investigation Officer, Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) now known as Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC). He holds several positions in MACC, including as prosecutor in the Prosecution Division, Director of Research and Planning, Director of Investigation, and in 2014 was appointed as Deputy Chief Commissioner (Prevention) of MACC.

He seconded as Deputy President of Malaysian Institute of Integrity (Jun 2004 – February 2010) and appointed as Director General, Malaysian Immigration Department from August 2016 till December 2018. Pioneering the establishment of National Anti-Financial Crime Centre (NFCC) and appointed as Director General beginning 2019 until now.

He attended and presented papers at numerous international conferences, symposiums, seminars, workshops and study visits in various countries including the United States and Canada, Latin America, Russia, European Countries, Africa, Scandinavian Countries, Middle East, Asia Pacific and South East Asian countries.

Conferred Tokoh Khalid Al-Walid by His Highness Sultan of Selangor and hold Adjunct Professor of Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws from International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM) in March 2018. He also hold numerous position such as Industrial Advisory University Selangor (UNISEL) and University Tun Hussein Onn (UTHM) and Advisory Board of the Department of Islamic Development (JAKIM).
En. Abdul Hadi Amran
Chief Executive Officer, Rapid Rail
Abdul Hadi Amran was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Rapid Rail Sdn Bhd on 1 October 2019, taking over from Haji Khairani Mohamed, who opted for early retirement.

He was the Chief Operating Officer of LRT Ampang/Sri Petaling Line from July 2015 and the Chief Operating Officer of the Monorail Line from 2010 before moving to the LRT services.

Abdul Hadi had his early education at Victoria Institution Kuala Lumpur and graduated from University Science Malaysia in Social Sciences majoring in Economics and Management.
Upon graduation he was employed by AIA Co Ltd from 1985 to 1995, subsequently by Indah Water Consortium from 1996 to 1998 and by New Pantai Expressway Sdn Bhd from 1998 to 2001. He started his career in the rail industry in May 2001 when he joined KL Monorail System Sdn Bhd.
En. Muhammad Yazurin Sallij Muhammad Yassin
Chief Executive Officer, Rapid Bus
Muhammad Yazurin Sallij Muhammad Yasin was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Rapid Bus Sdn Bhd on 3 September 2018. He was previously Head of Rapid Ferry Malaysia, which is a newly formed subsidiary of Prasarana, established to spearhead the group’s foray into the water transportation business.

Prior to his appointment to spearhead Rapid Ferry in April 2017, he was attached at Rapid Bus as Executive Vice President at the Performance and Strategy Unit, which he established with the objective of enhancing the company’ performance capability.

A graduate in Commerce, Accounting & Finance from University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia, he started his career as an audit executive HBN Management Sdn Bhd in February 1998 before joining Projek Lebuhraya Utara Selatan Berhad (PLUS) in the following year where he built his career that included posting in Mumbai, India as the Head of Operations and Administration at PLUS BKSP Toll Limited (India) for two years from August, 2006.

His career with Prasarana started in February 2010 when he was appointed as Rapid KL’s Head of Bus Planning and Development Division.
Mohd Rafizee Abdul Rahman
Chief Financial Officer
Mohd Rafizee Abdul Rahman was appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Prasarana Malaysia Berhad on March 1, 2018.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Accounting) from Monash University Melbourne, Australia. He is also a member of CPA Australia and Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

He was previously the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of one of MOF Incorporated Company since January 2014. Prior to that, he was attached to the Finance Ministry as Financial Advisor at Investment and Privatization Division and Loan Management, Finance Market and Actuary Division since October 2009. Rafizee has accumulated experience over 22 years and had exposure in various industries. He started his career at one of the big accounting firms as an auditor and has held several key positions in local conglomerates and multinational companies.
En. Firdaus Effendy Mokhtar
Chief Executive Officer, PRIDE
Firdaus Effendy Mokhtar was appointed Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of Prasarana Integrated Development Sdn Bhd (“PRIDE”) on 1st July 2020. Prior to his appointment, he held several positions within Prasarana Group namely as Executive Vice President, Head of Land Monetisation Business Venture Division and Head of Legal & Company Secretary.

A graduate of the International Islamic University in Law, Firdaus started his career in 1995 as an Advocate & Solicitor specialising in Corporate, Banking and Property related transactions before joining a corporation involved in Equity Investment, Entrepreneur Development and Franchising.

He joined Prasarana Malaysia Berhad in 2007 where he was entrusted to various divisions within the group. In 2012, he pioneered the Transit Oriented Development (“TOD”) through PRIDE, a newly set up subsidiary of Prasarana aimed at unlocking the value of Prasarana’s underutilised assets and increasing its non-fare revenue.
En. Tomin Salikan
Chief Human Capital Officer
Tomin Salikan was appointed as Chief Human Capital Officer on 5 September 2018.
Previously a free-lance trainer and HR Consultant, he brings with him to Prasarana more than 20 years of working experience from the banking industry as well as from various IT Transformation projects, internal auditing fraud investigation cases, Disaster Recovery Program (DRP) and commercial Banking. As a freelance trainer, he had conducted a host of training programmes for various corporate companies, government agencies and higher learning institutions.
Tomin, who has a Master in Business Administration (General) from University of Hull, UK, had also served Prasarana Malaysia Berhad more than 12 years; working in various departments from Head of Human Resource, Head of Enterprise Risk Management and Head of Security, Safety, Health and Environment.
Pn. Norshilla Nazruddin
Chief Program Management Officer
Norshilla Nazruddin was appointed as Prasarana Group’s Chief of Program Management Officer on 3 September 2018. Prior to the appointment, she was the Chief Executive Officer of PERMINTEX SANKO Sdn Bhd.

A graduate of University Sains Malaysia in Applied Science, she built her career at DRB HICOM when she joined its subsidiary, HICOM-Teck See Sdn Bhd in April 1996 from her first job as Process Engineer at KESP (M) Sdn Bhd. From an executive, she was promoted as Head of Industrial Engineering and Safety of HICOM-Teck See Sdn Bhd at the turn of the new millennium.

In September 2004, Norshilla was placed under the Group when promoted as a Senior Manager, where she was entrusted with the deployment and implementation of world class manufacturing culture at the Automotive Components and Engineering group of companies.

She was then appointed as General Manager, System and Methods at another DRB-HICOM subsidiary, Alam Flora Sdn Bhd where she served for more than 14 months until December 2012; before being promoted as Chief Operating Officer of Oriental Summit Industries Shd Bhd, which is another subsidiary of DRB-HICOM subsidiary.

She moved to Pharmaniaga as the Corporate Service Director in January 2015; before taking over the helm of PERMINTEX SANKO later that year.
Datin Hjh Norlia Hj Noah
Group Chief Operating Officer (Operations)
Datin Norlia Noah was appointed Group Chief Operating Officer (Operation) on 4 August 2020.

She began her career as a Test Engineer in 1990 with a Japanese manufacturing firm in Johor. With over 30 years’ experience in the manufacturing and rail industry, Datin Norlia is a pioneer of female engineers in modern railway.

She joined STAR LRT as a Manager in 1995 and was made Senior Manager Engineering in 2002. While there, Datin Norlia managed various projects and developments.

She also spearheaded the foundations of the LRT Line 3 (LRT3) project; heading its feasibility study, stakeholder engagements, public inspection, LRT3 Railway Scheme, procurement strategy, alignment, and concept designs to ensure compliance.

A graduate in Engineering (Electrical Engineering & Computing), Australia, Datin Norlia is currently providing strategic support and technical advice on rail and bus matters to the Management and heads several Corporate and CAPEX projects.

Datin Norlia plays a significant role as Technical Advisor and is spearheading the project team on behalf of the Malaysian Government in ensuring the delivery of the cross-border Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS). The RTS was successfully signed by Malaysia and Singapore in July 2020. 
Rafizah Amran

Rafizah Amran joined Prasarana Malaysia Berhad as the new Head of Group Corporate Communications on 11 April 2019; and was promoted as Deputy Chief Strategic Communications and Marketing Officer on 16 July 2019.

She is an integrated marketing communications and public relations specialist and a communications coach with over 20 years of experience across several industries including pharmaceutical, healthcare & nutritional consultancy, FMCG, finance, entertainment,
broadcasting, tourism, aviation and non-profit. Notable employers include OSK Holdings Berhad, Nestle Malaysia Berhad, AirAsia Berhad, Firefly Airlines and Cancer Research Malaysia. In addition to her communications portfolio, Rafizah has been involved in several start-ups and Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) projects for both commercial and non-profit organisations; as well as served in the secretariat and steering committees for nationwide initiatives such as Bright Start Nutrition (Nutrition Society of Malaysia), Positive Parenting (Malaysian Paediatric Association), World Heart Day (Yayasan Jantung Negara), Fight Against Diabetes (National Diabetes Institute) and Make It Safe for Kids (Johnson & Johnson).

The last 13 years of her corporate career saw her in senior management positions in public-listed companies and GLC-subsidiary with intense involvement in formulating strategies and creating new revenue streamlines, in addition to providing counsel and overseeing special projects for the Board of Directors. Throughout her career, Rafizah has been personally responsible or was part of award-winning teams who won accolades that included Brand Finance Malaysia's Top 50 Brands, KPMG Shareholder Value Award, StarBiz-ICR Malaysia Corporate Responsibility Award, Skytrax World’s Best Low Cost Airline, Malaysia Excellence Awards and Putra Brands Awards. She is also a highly sought-after panel for marketing awards; and conducts speaking engagements, workshops and coaching sessions on a variety of topics from employability to effective communications and personal branding. Rafizah continues to serve as a volunteer for Cancer Research Malaysia and myHARAPAN, a non-profit youth trust foundation.
En. Hasan Bachok
Head, Security Services
Hassan Bachok was appointed as the Head of Security for the Group on 9 November 2018.

Before appointed to the post, he was the Head, Employment Solutions and Engagement, Human Capital Division, a position which he had held from 2016. Prior to that, he was the Head for Talent Acquisition and Recruitment for the Group after serving Rapid Penang as the Head of Human Capital for a duration of 1 year. Hasan had joined Prasarana Group as the Head for Corporate Services, PRIDE, subsidiary of Prasarana Group in October 2013.

Prior to that, he held several positions in other transportation and banking industry, beginning with the Operation and Credit Department where he was the Officer and subsequently, promoted to the higher position as Unit Head, Manpower Planning Section in 2001 and Recruitment and Placement Section (2004), Human Resource Division, Maybank Group. He then moved to Corporate Services Division, Penerbangan Malaysia Berhad (PMB), where he was the HR Manager and subsequently was promoted as the Head of Corporate Services Division.

Hasan graduated with Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA with Hons.) in Human Resource Management and Diploma in Public Administration from MARA University of Technology (UiTM). He also has an MBA from McGrath Institute of Business Australia. As a recognition of his vast career experience and professional achievement, he was awarded a Master of the Oxford Centre for Leadership (OXCEL) from Oxford University in 2008.
Mohd Rafi Osman
Head, Corporate Secretarial Department
Mohd Rafi Osman was appointed as Prasarana’s Head of Corporate Secretarial Department on 1 April 2019 and effective from 9 April 2019, he became the Company Secretary for the Group.

Previously heading the General Counsel and Secretarial Department from January 2011, he joined Rangkaian Pengangkutan Integrasi Deras Sdn. Bhd. (RapidKL) in February 2006. When RapidKL merged with Prasarana, he was transferred to Prasarana headquarters before he left to join the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) from September 2009 until the end of 2010.

The Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia law degree holder started his career with the Renong Group when he joined EPE Power Corporation Berhad in 1997. By mid-1999, he joined the legal practice under the sole proprietorship of Messrs Norazah and Associates. Between 2001 and 2006, Rafi was attached with corporate legal firm, Messrs W. Y. Chan & Roy.
Mohd Lokman Hamid
Deputy Chief Project Officer LRT3
Mohd Lokman Hamid was appointed as Deputy Chief Project Officer LRT3 in February 2019. He was previously the Project Director of the LRT Kelana Jaya Line Extension Project, a project undertaken by Prasarana to enhance and integrate urban transportation services from Kelana Jaya to Putra Heights.

Mohd Lokman joined Prasarana in June 2008 and has been in the core team involved in planning and design for the LRT Line Extension Projects for Kelana Jaya Line and Ampang Line and MRT Line 1 Sungai Buloh – Kajang.

Started his career as Civil Engineer in 1989, he has been involved in various major transport and oil and gas infrastructure projects including the LRT System Two (PUTRA) Kuala Lumpur back in 1995, which is now known as Kelana Jaya Line. A Professional Engineer by profession and a corporate member of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia, Mohd Lokman has worked with HSS Integrated Sdn Bhd, Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd and Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd and has more than 30 years of experience.
